Propagate Homing

Meant for combat against MekaSuits from Mekanism, but effective against just about anything, this provides a barrage of discharges that drain the energy from the target. Requires the Water Focus (or the Fire focus, swapping the Freeze glyph for Ignite) to circumvent I-frames through either Frozen or Hellfire.
